I'm back home! :D

Had a blast in Vienna, the musical was beyond awesome, manuanya and I are still the best cooks in the world, and I also ate far too much. XD Can't post any pics yet because they're still on manuanya's camera, and she's in New York right now.

BUT! I read in the newspaper today that Franz Beckenbauer will get a "farewell match" next year, which means that REAL MADRID WILL COME TO MUNICH IN AUGUST 2010. Anyone interested? :D

Okay this is really annoying..
Does anyone else have this bug which sends msn messages to your contacts without you knowing? When you're offline, I think. Because I know I don't have a virus on my computer since it's a brand new system and fully updated with the latest virus defenders, etc.. But as soon as I installed my MSN, my contacts received random links from me.. and I've only signed on there probably twice?? WTF!?

I just uninstalled MSN messenger.. why did it do that? I mean.. I don't think it's my computer since I installed MSN on my laptop which also didn't have any virus, and my MSN did the same thing. Is it a bug on the network? or what?

December retreat!!!

Out with the old and on with the new - as in, bye bye idioms, you were fun while you lasted, but I just can't keeping beating a dead horse...Enough is enough - sad but true.

Thanksgiving was great - home with family and friends, we had a great time! We even took our family Christmas photo (pure genius). Dinner (& leftovers, might I add) were scrumpdiddlyumptious (to quote Roald Dahl), and every time I leave home, I remember how much I miss it and everyone there. But, on the other hand, my communities out here in AZ are incredible in their own rights, and I miss them when I am away too. But on the other hand...there is no other hand! (Oh, "Fiddler on the Roof...")

On Monday we didn't have library because the Book Fair was being set up, so we watched the first part of "It's a Wonderful Life" instead. We paused at a lot of parts, so we had just gotten to the gym scene (the one with the moving floor - you know you love that part) but had to stop before any of the excitement happened. I hope they enjoy the movie when they watch it on Friday (part of the sub plan because I will be outta there for December retreat - yeah!).

And so, here I am, on a Wednesday night - mostly packed for retreat (even packed the woolies!) and about to catch some zzz's to get a few extra hours under my belt to help me make it through the weekend (where sleep will be hard to come by). I'm so excited, but at the same time, it's hard to believe this time of year is here again. Time flies when you're having fun...must fly extra fast when you're having a boatload of fun (well, and some stress here and there probably helps too)...

Mmm...I can feel that cold weather already...bring on retreat!

"MAD MEN" Season Three Quibbles

Here is an ARTICLE about my quibbles with Season Three of "MAD MEN".

1) There are still a few variables to consider, but at this stage I've pretty much decided to head back to university (in a mostly long distance capacity, as I'll be working) as soon as I'm able. The jury is still out on whether this is a terrible or an amazing idea. Bring on the student loans!

2) @mishacollins has, well... You pretty much have to see this for yourself.

I just... there are no words for how awesome that man is. Seriously, folks. The fuck.

I'm trying to find out why The X-Files Timeline has the events of "The Jersey Devil" happening before "Conduit" -- they don't give an explanation for how they got the dates. Since "The Jersey Devil" aired after "Conduit," I would assume the events of "Conduit" happened first, but I'm curious as to why The X-Files Timeline has it reversed.
